Manage services from the dashboard

3 min read07 November 2026

The dashboard at https://dash.neoheberg.fr groups services, Coins, invoices and support. Knowing where to look prevents random reboots and paying for a service that already expired. Here are the useful screens and the checks to run before each action.

Read the service list

Each service shows its type (VPS, app hosting, web hosting), state, plan and renewal date. A stopped VPS is not necessarily broken: check the console before reinstalling anything. Network addresses, including the included IPv6 and optional IPv4, are listed on the service page.

A service close to its renewal date can still run normally. Do not confuse “expiring soon” with “out of service”: state and date are separate pieces of information.

Act without breaking things

Power actions and the noVNC console are for diagnosis first. Rebooting in a loop hides the problem: read the console or the logs before. Resetting the root password and reinstalling the system are destructive: export your data and keep a session open before starting them.

The panels are separate: web.neoheberg.fr for web hosting, game.neoheberg.fr for app hosting. Panel credentials come with the service and are not the dashboard password. Do not paste them into a ticket or a screenshot.

Renewals, Coins and invoices

Services are paid in Coins, monthly. Watch the renewal date: a service that is not renewed stops at the end of the paid period. Deleting a service does not refund the remaining days, so export before deleting.

Invoices for direct payment can be downloaded from the dashboard. If you pay with Coins, keep track of purchases and check the balance before the due date rather than on the day itself.

Support and traceability

Open a ticket, or use Discord or email from the dashboard. Include the service identifier, the time, the action taken and the exact message. Never attach a password, private key or backup code. For a billing issue, name the invoice and the payment date.

A useful ticket lists what you already tested. That avoids a round trip and shows the problem is reproducible.

Verify

Once a month, check renewal dates, disk usage, the latest backup and the validity of the contact email.

Action Where Watch out
Restart VPS page Read the console first
Reinstall VPS page Destructive, back up
Renew Billing Remaining days are not refunded
Contact support Dashboard Never send secrets

If an action does not match what you expect, stop and ask before confirming.
