No. Signing up and free Coins never require a credit card. A card is only needed if you buy Coins or choose direct payment.
How long does it take to start a service?
Most services start within thirty seconds of ordering. A VPS may need a few more minutes for its first boot.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Changes are made from the dashboard; Coins already spent are not refunded, but the new price applies from the next period.
Do I get root access on the VPS?
Yes, every VPS plan includes full root access and a choice of operating system. App hosting does not give system access: that is precisely its point.
Where is my data hosted?
Services are hosted in France, in the Paris datacenter. Processing details are described in the privacy policy.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Direct payment by card or transfer generates an invoice available from the dashboard.
