Why isn't the app available to everyone yet?
We are currently in a closed beta phase to ensure a flawless experience when we launch publicly. This phase allows us to identify bugs, optimize performance, and gather feedback from early users before opening the service to everyone.
How do I get access to the test?
Join our Discord server and introduce yourself in the channel dedicated to the mobile app. A team member will add you to the list of testers. Once you've been added, you'll receive the installation link.
Will the app be available on iOS?
For now, the app is being developed exclusively for Android. An iOS version is planned for the medium term, but no date has been set. Join the Discord to follow the project's progress.
When will the public release take place?
The public release will depend on the quality of the feedback from the testing phase. We aim to release the app as soon as it is completely stable. The release date will be announced first on our Discord—that’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss it.
Can I use the Coins I earned during the beta?
Yes! The Coins you earn during the testing phase are credited to your NeoHeberg account and can be used immediately to pay for your services. It's real virtual money—not a simulation.
